Paul Kelly Design and Evolved Engineering, were commissioned to provide Corporate Food Co with a new brasserie restaurant and café space within the Chifley Plaza precinct.
The project comprised a total of 560m² of restaurant space with significant kitchens facilities, incorporating a restaurant kitchen, bakery and live-fuel-fired josper oven.
Construction of this highly complex kitchen within a CBD building required alternative engineering solutions as to meet the requirements of the local council and the landlord.
